11 miles from Sheila's/ Phil's Cottage This working farm is well worth a visit. Lovely tearoom as well as butchery, food hall, gift hall, clothing and countrywear. Cows and sheep to see in the fields around the farmshop and a selection of exotic animals to see during your visit. Animals include: Llamas, Ostriches, Rears, Pigs and Piglets, Chinchillas, Donkeys and Fallow Deer.

If it's a quick pit-stop during your travels, a hearty home-cooked family meal or even a weekly shop; Mainsgill is sure to have something for every member of the family to enjoy. Selling their own traditionally home-reared meats, this is a 'real’ farm shop offering a shop floor to their livestock farm. Located just off the A66 4 miles west or Scotch Corner

Great farm shop that has been extended and has a great range of clothing and home furnishings. The cafe is great. It has a brilliant outside play area and farm area for the kiddies

Large farm shop with designer clothes and cafe. There are few farm animals to see. Good stop off place on the way to Barnard Castle or the Lakes.
