Het stadhuis van Oudenaarde staat bekend als een schoolvoorbeeld van Brabantse laatgotiek. Het is opgetrokken op de plaats van het oude schepenhuis, waaraan de nu nog bestaande veertiende-eeuwse lakenhalle verbonden was.
