I promise it’s worth the drive especially if you splurge and get the grasshopper pie for dessert. Local tip: go early and stop at the Long Branch Saloon in Creston for a drink. Their outdoor seating is wonderful on warm afternoons. While your there cross the street and check out Creston and Company for local handmade wares, western clothing and hand tooled leather goods.

Nice, casual sit down steak restaurant. You can bring your own wine for a $10 corkage fee.

Excellent steak and comfort food. If you are wine tasting in the Creston area this is the place to eat.
