This is a lovely reprieve from the French Quarter. Right off of Jackson Square, you can wander down the Mississippi River toward the Harrah's. Great views of Algiers, the Crescent City Connection bridge, downtown high-rises. Remember to wander here during the daytime please.

It's nice to take a take a walk along the river and see the ships moving on the Mississippi River. Great sunsets & the moon comes up on the other side of the river, too.
