It is the most iconic building in Varaždin and is set in wonderful peaceful surroundings perfect for romantic walks. The museum has a few interesting collections, my favourite ones being the fashion collection and rooms furnished in antique styles.

In the Old town of Varaždin there is a wonderful 14th century fortress with a local-history museum.

Old Castle ('Stari Grad') - old medieval castle is just 50 maters away. When you exit the building just turn right and walk that way, you can't miss it! You will live it. There is also a museum inside!
