Sit on the terrace and enjoy a light lunch ... must be booked ... take the St Mawes ferry from the Prince of Wales pier ... makes a lovely day out ... there are beaches at St Mawes and the Tresnton has lower terraces just across the road from the hotelentrance

Tresanton – St Mawes – My absolute all time favorite for a special occasion. It’s fancy and lovely, beautiful and chic. It is pricier than most restaurants around, ask for a seat on the terrace if it is a nice day, and take your sun cream. Simply glorious in my opinion.

Sitting on the terrace is like sitting on the bow of a ship - the staff are attentive but relaxed. Food is excellent. Fairly expensive but worth it for a special occasion.
