There are 40 kilometers of trails to hike, run, or bike. For epic views over the city, challenge yourself on the popular Tower Trail: it is quite steep, but the views at the top are worth it. Sunset Trail is another option that's well loved by the locals – head here in the evening to catch the perfect sunset over Kamloops Lake. Reservoir Trail is a family-friendly trail with minimal elevation, featuring spots for a lovely picnic.

Excellent hikes and stunning views, all within the city! We recommend the access point on the north side at the Copperhead Dr. Exit from the TCH.

Great views of Kamloops if you don't mind a little walk uphill!

Kenna Cartwright Park has many running, hiking & mountain biking trails. We often bring our dog there off leash. It also has amazing views of the city as well as the valleys connecting our city together. Even the easy paved path that leads up to the tower is great for these views and exercise - there is a place to sit at the top in case someone needs a break!

For all you trail walkers/runners and outdoor enthusiasts! Make sure to pack some water and head up onto the trails of Kenna! Make sure to plan morning/evening hikes though when temperatures get too hot!
