Just down the street and across from the cafés and shops at Ängbyplan Metro you'll find this nice recreational area. A bit of forest, a small lake, some open fields... It's a great place for a stroll, for a run, or for a local picnic. If you walk eastward through the forest you'll end up at Åkeshovs Slott, an old country manor.

An amazing nature experience. Either take a walk around the reserve or go for a run. There are fireplaces set up along many routes so bringing something to eat would be a good idea :)

Very nice nature. Not least the lake in the middle of it, and there are dams with salamanders!

With more elevation, choose this for a scenic walk around the lake. Especially beautiful early mornings and in the winter.
