Run by a family with strong roots in the region, this authentic “konoba” (tavern-style restaurant) specialises in regional meat and fish dishes (the top-quality fish is slightly more expensive than other options on the menu), as well as old family recipes such as the excellent apple strudel.

Recently added to the MICHELIN Guide, this is the place you want to go for elevated local food, in a traditional atmosphere with professional service. Try the squid stew with polenta!

Konoba Fetivi literally means ‘local’s restaurant’. Fetivi is a word in Split for a local, a person who has lived somewhere for a long time, and who was born in a certain place. Plus, konoba is an old Dalmatian word for a restaurant that leans on the traditional side. Meaning, if you’re looking to eat in a Konoba, that means fish, prosciutto, all kinds of seafood, and good wine will be served. One more important thing – it’s put in Michelin guide!
