Sushi Tadokoro earned their first Michelin Star in 2021. Located in an unassuming little plaza, this little Sushi joint serves the most enticing nigiri and sashimi in town. They go beyond just good cuts of tuna or urchin . Although the decor may be a bit dated, the sushi chefs are masters at their craft.

Yes, its in a strip mall off the freeway, but the sushi and the welcoming experience explain Sushi Tadokoro's one Michelin star. Walk-ins are accepted at lunch.
