The wine selection of Waterproef can simply be described as impressive: the choice of wines on offer is very broad, but also of exceptional quality. There are wines for every budget and taste, bottles of wine from older vintages, a wel thought out and constantly updated selection. The wine and food pairings are excellent. The monthly menu is great value for money and is highly recommended. However, the à la carte options are also very appealing. The service is professional and swift and makes guest feel comfortable. For an exclusive experience you should definitely try Waterproof. It is a high-quality restaurant (so also high priced) serving delicious food and wine. They have hundreds of different wines on their menu.

Excellent up-market restaurant with a fantastic wine list. Ambiance is not too formal which makes it accessible even if you don't dress up. Lovely view of the harbour. Leave the kids at home & enjoy!
