Best yoga studio in the West (in my opinion) - welcoming visitors to live classes in the studio on Pentire Avenue and on the grass on the esplanade overlooking the sea about 3-4 minutes walk from surf view. Also known for the immersive silent disco beach yoga sessions- a must do for any yoga fans.

Treat your mind and body. They also sometimes do yoga on the beach or in a cathedral which are wonderful experiences.
