Lots of local shops, eateries, food trucks. Be sure to check out Route 99 apparel (in the blue container retail space) for cool surfer hats, gifts, and shirts, along with the famous Giovanni's Shrimp Truck, Seven Brothers Restaurant, Raised By Waves vegan cafe.

There is a great little sugar museum here. Located on the windward side, you can get a bite to eat at one of the food trucks and continue north to Haleiwa.
