8 miles north. Curious Kids’ Museum and the new Curious Kids’ Discovery Zone were founded by educators and parents to provide an environment that invites curiosity, allows exploration, celebrates childhood and inspires learning. Over 100 hands on activities and exhibits.

Discovery Zone is owned by The Curious Kids Museum, as a "Part 2." It is best suited for children ages 3-14. This museum features many water exhibits as well as a climbing wall. Admission is sold for individual museums or you can buy a ticket that allows admission to both museums. The Discovery Zone is only steps from the Curious Kids Museum and will provide hours on interactive play and learning. Both of these spots come highly recommended. A vintage carousel is located at the Discovery Zone. Family surrey bikes can be rented close to this venue. The beach and a splash pad are nearby. You may want to make a day of it.
