Modern gallery with increasing clout. Well curated amd different than it's huge modern neighbour, the Tate. Good cafe, Not free to enter.

Owned by gentlemen Baristas down the road, the coffee is excellent, staff are friendly and their salads / sandwiches and cakes are delicious. Also situated literally across the entrance to the flat
