Rock Beach is a long sandy beach that fronts the village of Rock and is a popular beach for swimmers and sun seekers. Rock is the perfect place to embark on a Sea Safari and for water sports. From the ferry point there is a small ferry that makes the short trip over to Padstow all day. From the beach there are fantastic views up and down the wide estuary, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and bird watcher’s paradise, and nearby is a clutch of bars, cafes, and restaurant.

Golden sands on the Camel estuary. No lifeguards but the waters are generally very safe and sheltered. You can take a short ferry ride across to Padstow. Rock Beach is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Rock Beach is a popular dog walking beach, and can get extremely busy in the summer. There's a pay and display car park at the end of the road. Great for watersports too, with Camel Ski School located on the pontoon. There are several shops and cafés in Rock, and you can also catch the ferry across to Padstow.
