One of my favourite most scenic undiscovered places on the Central Coast. It’s a very small national park, only 5 km square by area. The closet thing Australia has to a true rainforest.

Access from Narara behind Wyoming. An amazing place with great hiking. See the Strickland waterfall after a rainy day!

Travelling with your dog? Strickland State forest is dog friendly and only a 15 minute drive from The Light Box. there are a number of walks including strickland falls and the arboretum. Pack a picnic and make a morning of it!

25 minute drive This place is an ecotourism gem on the coast. There are a number of walks to choose from when you arrive or places to chill and have a picnic. Great diversity in flora and fauna, wildflowers, grass trees, Gymea lilies, tall eucalypts and lush rainforests make this a worthwhile visit.
