Their permanent collection is incredible, they have Starry Night by Van Gogh. Check their website for what's currently showing. They have free Fridays, so check the website for the time too!

The recently revamped MoMA is a New York staple. Now the home of more art by living artists, female artists, and artists of color than all of the city's other museum combined as well as classics like Monet's waterlilies and Van Gogh's starry night. To get into the museum for free, line-up on a…

One of my favorite museums to visit in the world. Always something new, and the building is simply gorgeous.

“Keep an eye on this: Dont pay the full price on line or with some city passes. Its a suggested price, you can pay whatever you want at the entrance.”

“A walk, peddle, or carriage ride through the crisscrossing pathways of Central Park is a must-do on anyone's New York City itinerary. In winter, you can even lace up your skates and glide across Wollman Rink. This huge park in the city center, a half-mile wide and 2.5 miles long, is one of the things that makes New York such a beautiful and livable city. Besides being a great place to experience a little nature, Central Park has many attractions within its borders, and most of them are free, making it one of the few cheap things to do in NYC. Some of the most popular places to visit include the Belvedere Castle, Strawberry Fields, the Central Park Zoo, and the Lake. If you are exploring the park on your own, start by picking up a map at one of the visitor centers and plot your routing.”

“If you have kids, you have to come. If you don’t, you do too. Wish you could sleep under the blue whale? Bring your 6-16 year old to an unforgettable sleepover (3 nights a month), or bring your over-21 significant other! ”
