The Porterhouse Bistro is a great value place to dine. Classic pub favourites and hearty home style meals. There is also a specials menu with great options. Lovely views from the front of the pub to Argyle Street and across to historic Moss Vale station.

They serve the best $25 steak in the Highlands and they also stock some really good wines in the bottle shop. You can have an excellent meal without breaking the bank, and the portions are generous.
