See the small church and the garden at Ranestedet. Ranestedet is a well kept traditional building. From the garden you can enjoy the spectacular view of Tryggevælde Ådal - a small river (å) which is protected under the EU. You can also follow a poets path along the river. The Route is made in rememberance of the local poet Martin A. Hansen, who is very aknowledged in Denmark. You can walk to the village of Strøby from the village of Varpelev.
