Tori Ramen is the first ramen concept to hit St. Paul, in the neighborhood of Summit-University. Their shop specializes in Pork free ramen served quick and with excellence. They are free of the following: GMO'S, corn syrups, food coloring, artificial colors, and piglet. They support the following: Organics, scratch cooking, bird farming, fermentation, and nice people. Very small but super popular mom and pop restaurant that has the best ramen we have ever tried! Make sure to check their hours as they are closed a few days of the week!
