It’s a 2.5 km, 1 ½ hour return easy walk. You can also reach Cathedral Cove by boat or kayak from Whitianga or water taxi from Hahei. Note: The car park is closed annually from 1 October – 30 April. A park and ride shuttle bus service operates from the visitor car park at the entrance to Hahei village. ** Combine your visit to Cathedral Cove with a visit to nearby Hot Water Beach.

Visit the world famous Cathedral Cove only 30 mins away from Pacific Harbour Villas. This is definitely a must when you are in the Coromandel. Cathedral Cove is definitely one of a kind!

Stunning cove near Hahei. A good walk required to get there (around 1/2 an hour) or you can arrive by boat!
