Located in the historic Strater Hotel, The Mahogany Grill incorporates ingredients sourced from local and family-owned farms and ranches, The Strater Chef creates masterpieces of taste from small plates to traditional favorites like Steak Herbert (ask your server about this story!). The setting is simply amazing but don’t let it intimidate you, this is unwind, relaxed dining where you define your experience. Shared plates? Sure. A romantic, unrushed dining experience or special occasion? Absolutely. Great place for couples and families to go for a nice dinner. Open 5-9pm daily. Reservations are encouraged. Stop for a drink at the Diamond Belle Saloon located in the hotel.
