Low-key, mobile food dispensary offering asian fusion street eats such as burgers, hot dogs & tacos. Tip: For a more fine dining experience you can eat on the top of this double decker bus.

This restaurant is housed in a double decker bus on an empty lot on the main street. Closed in the winter (‘cuz it’s a bus), it opens in the spring and seats only 18 people on the top deck. They serve street food from a window on the main floor. The portions are on the small side, but quite good – they make a breakfast popcorn with egg yolks and bacon that my daughter is hooked on! The owners have opened a new restaurant called Blake, on Bow Valley Trail – we haven’t been there yet but it’s on our list of places to get to.

For a new kind of dining experience, visit Blake Flann’s food bus. PD3 runs out of a double-decker bus, parked off of Canmore’s 8th Avenue. The lower level is a little more casual, serving burgers and tacos you can grab and go to the outdoor tables with. The upper level is where a seated five-course fine dining menu is served.
