You wanna try some GREAT Salvadoran food! Drive to this place or find an app that will deliver. The good is SO good.

If you're doing an IKEA jaunt during your stay, skip the in-store restaurant and dine at El Pulgarcito on the other side of the highway. Delicious, cheap, authentic Salvadoran fare, including a wide variety of pupusas, as well as horchata, tamarindo, and other interesting beverages. Super local; there won't be another tourist in there, guaranteed.
