Take a short hike to see a natural salt lake! Typically you can see deer, hogs, and neil guy along the way.

Old historic salt lake bed. Great trails and wildlife. Bring some water, sunscreen, and a backpack.

For hiking, birding and solitude. Lots of walking to finally get to the lake, but when you walk on solid salt like front ice, it is all worth it. I recommend the place for those of you who enjoy being all alone in the wild as eyes can see.
