El Tunco is known for it's morning surfers & board walking on the beach. There is a local entrance fee to community of $1 & parking can cost $3+ There are several hotels, cafe shops, mini marts, juice bars like Soya, & restaurants to taste. Tourist & locals enjoy it for it's late restaurants, bars, clubs & karaoke venues.

El Tunco has plenty of restaurant options and these are some of my favorite, Coyote Cojo, La Esquina de la Comadre, Dale Dal, Roza Sunzal, Tunco Veloz and La Guitarra.
