If you have a sweet tooth, and you want cake in particular, there is only one - very specific, very west coast Norwegian - we go crazy for. It's the 'Hvit Dame', a marzipan-meringue-airy-nutty-velvety bit of magic, and they do it well at Lie Nielsen (there two outlets in the city centre).
