Stop in at the 5 & 10 if you have kids who love candy! Right at the entryway they have a great selection of candy for under a dollar. Our kids love this place! There's a lot more deeper into the store, too: NH mementos, books, toys, etc. It's a nice place to wonder into and poke around.

Major shopping area with large stores/Walmart/more chain type stuff. Also REI which has hiking gear and bike rentals.
