Across from the Co-op is a larger conventional market as well, which has all the basics. Keep in mind that everything is a bit more expensive on the island, but the markets do their best to keep prices reasonable.

If you're interested in community-grown, organic food, the co-op is your one-stop shop. Very small and locally owned, you'll find everything you need to cook a delicious feast.

Orcas Food Cooperative is the place to go if you're looking for the small organic, coop vibe. It's conveniently located in East Sound close to Island Market, making it possible to pick and choose where you buy what.
