Rent a duffy boat! They are very easy to maneuver and you can bring food/drinks and the boats usually even have a speaker to listen to some music. I recommend going during sunset to just chill and enjoy the breeze.

Electric Boat rentals are available but book early ..either at Anchors Away Boat Rental or London Boat Rentals. Also Shoreline Village has many different types of Boat rentals including Parasail/sailboat/jet ski rental

Worth the money. These boats are electric and quiet. Alamitos Bay has Venice style canals and cool places to explore.
