Formerly known as Panciuto, Hillsborough Bakeshop is a tiny neighborhood bakeshop and pasta company with a rotating selection of pastries, pastas, sandwiches, salads, cookies, and more. Grab a slice of babka and a cup of coffee in the morning, a prosciutto sandwich at lunch, or a bowl of hand-rolled garganelli and a glass of wine in the evening. Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
