There is always someone playing at John and Peter's that is more than entertaining. Warning: inside smoking is still allowed at this bar due to a law that they were grandfathered under.

John and Peter’s is the best place to see live music, particularly bands and singer song writers, in New Hope. With live music every single night, affordable drafts and an extensive beer list, they are a must for people looking for a fun night out in New Hope. Be warned however, as many music venues, it can get loud. If you’re trying to enjoy conversation without loud music you can always sit on their patio. Their kitchen is open until midnight making them one of the latest food joints in town, and their pickle spears are worth the trip alone! My favorite night at J&Ps is midweek for the “Wednesday Invitational” where local legends jam it out and you can hear A list musicians ripping gratuitous guitar solos.
