Great butcher from the Basque country (Biarritz area, in the south west of France).

Artisanal boucher shop selling all kinds of meat produced in south-west France. The pork and pintade ( guinea fowl) are my favorites but seriously everything is of premium quality. If you are into cooking , definitly try it!
