Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

This is not a shared space, as listed separate side entrance to the suite. Laundry is separate as well for guests only. Electric Baseboard Heaters in rooms, turn heat as much you like. Park on the very right side on Driveway as long as long as it is not blocking the Garage door (plenty space). Plug in is also available on the side entrance for cold weather.
