We are just 20 minutes away from Bryson City and the Nantahala Outdoor Center, 10 minutes from Tsali Recreation, 25 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Experience a part of history in the oldest standing house in Tellico Plains. Originally built in 1885, this cozy little place is located just off the historic town square in downtown Tellico Plains and is within walking distance of the Tellico Grains Bakery, Charles Hall Museum and Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center. Short hop by car to the Tellico Beach Drive-In and Cherokee National Forest. Smart TV, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi connection, carport. Motorcycle friendly!

Our property consists of 6 cabins and 5 tiny houses. Steps away from the Cherohala Skyway and within the town boundaries, our cabins are located in a meadow with mountain views. We are just minutes from all the popular attractions, restaurants and town events. We are walking distance from grocery shopping and area restaurants.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
