Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

North End/TD Garden Condo w/Rooftop Deck

Your own condo in the heart of Boston’s historic North End. Walk to Quincy Market, the Aquarium, the Greenway, TD Garden, Harborwalk, dozens of shops and eateries, the Old North Church and the Freedom Trail. Private rooftop deck, full kitchen, antenna and wireless. No doors but three areas, two rooms separated by a galley kitchen. The stairwell is in the middle of the space and the floor mattress is near that and across from the galley kitchen. Fourth floor walk up and well worth the climb.

Prime location near Boston

Home in Everett, MA. Located just a 20 minute walk from Encore Boston Harbor Casino. This location is also just a 15 minute drive from downtown Boston. Room in the basement has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hot water for making tea which is provided along with light snacks and coffee. There is a desk for laptop. Queen Tempurpedic Mattress topper as well as a pull out sofa. Private bathroom with spacious shower. See guide book for more info on the area!

Historic pine hardwood floors, high ceilings, granite kitchen counter top, new bathroom. Walk to Green and Red T stations. Visitor Parking Pass gives you free parking in my East Cambridge neighborhood. Taking a break & I do not have cable TV. Maybe this is good?!
