Welcome to The Wheelhouse! My name is Natalie and I am 12 years old. Me and my brothers and sister saved up our PFD money and bought a rental house. When we bought the house it was in pretty bad shape. So we ripped everything out and remodeled it as a family. The money we make will go into our bank accounts for college savings. We kids will be your hosts and if you have any needs or concerns, or if you are not satisfied call us! We will of course have parents to back us up, if needed.

Located between Valdez and Thompson pass, this little "mini" offers everything you need to be comfortable on your stay. A short 13 mile drive from Valdez will have you nestled in the woods where you will enjoy peace and serenity. Newly renovated Studio-Style BnB offers a private bathroom, and a "mostly" full kitchen. (There is no range/oven, but there is a toaster, Air-Fryer, microwave, and hot-plate for all your cooking needs!) This unit is upstairs with about 12 steps to the top.

Break out the winter gear! Your stay at he Shabbin is a private room that has everything you will need in it. Entry passcode lock. 1 Queen bed & pillows. Clean bedding & bath towels provided. The kitchen includes coffee and tea supplies. Easy walking to downtown Valdez. PLEASE NOTE, the living room/kitchen/dining room and 2 of the bedrooms plus one bath are all UPSTAIRS. The only rooms on the ground floor are a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and laundry closet.

Historic Thompson House

Thompson House is historic, quirky, unique and comfortable. It survived the 1964 9.2 earthquake and tsunami that caused Old Valdez to relocate to the new and present town site. An addition more than doubled the size of the original one room cabin which included an extensive remodel.
