Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

Our little place provides 480 cozy sq. ft. with full kitchen, all cooking amenities, a large room with a loveseat pullout bed, dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD (no cable) and Alexa.
