Beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home in active adult community. Requires one occupant over 55 during stay. Open and spacious floor plan. Home sleeps 4 with king size bed in master bedroom and queen size bed in second bedroom. Master bedroom features walk in closet and bathroom. Second bathroom located outside bathroom 2. Full kitchen, refrigerator and, flat screen TV, Wifi & washer / dryer. Covered and fenced patio allows for relaxation with views of beautiful tree lined pathways.

Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.
