My place is between Saint Augustine and Palm Coast. This is my second home and I am only here 3-5 days per month. It is located in a historical island called Summer Haven where Floridians have taken vacations for generations, not to mention is a great place for surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. or if you just enjoy reading on the beach. The house is about 100 yards to the water and a very short walk to very quiet and private-like beach. Read Guidebook for more detail about the area.

This 1924 Beach Cottage was part of the original Mellon Estate located in Summer Haven. Literally steps from the Atlantic Ocean (one of the best surfing spots in St Augustine), it is the perfect hideaway to escape to an island!
