Located near the 7 mile bridge in Marathon Florida on the Atlantic Ocean nestled in a quiet, reserved mangrove area. This spot is fantastic because you have unparalleled access to out of this world sunset/sunrise views. Kayak through the mangrove and explore the surrounding areas.

We invite you to stay at our unique houseboat “Wild One”. Wild One is anchored minutes (by boat) from Garrison Bight Marina which is at the heart of Key West. Rides will be given to and from Wild One at the beginning and end of your stay. We will provide one in and out ride per day during your stay. Ride times must also work around our charter schedule which you will be advised of. Rides can be requested after nightfall but are accepted on a case to case basis. Last ride is at 10pm

Need experience with hand pull outboard motors a 12 foot skiff with a 6hp outboard motor is provided reliable to go back and forth from shore NOT reliable for exploring No hot water on shower, heat water in Tpots or Solar bags. Please shave before arriving No suitcases, least amount of cloths.

We are so excited to share our little piece of paradise with you! Our unit is located a short walk away from all the amenities the Venture Out community has to offer such as a pool, hot tub, lagoon, bocce ball, tennis courts, playground and boat marina. On the property we have a 2-person hybrid kayak for your enjoyment. We also provide table games (we love a game night) as well as the equipment to play bocce ball and darts which can be played in the recreation center.

Enjoy, peaceful, ocean-breezy, star-filled nights, on the water! Free parking and free round trip transport 1 to & 1 from Roxie per night’s stay! Roxie is anchored in a protected, shallow 3-4ft lagoon. We live on a boat a half-mile away should you need anything. 😊 Roxie has a Keurig, snacks like chips, breakfast muffins or donuts , Keurig pods, bread, peanut butter and jelly, and bottled waters. No cooking but you may bring to go food, drinks. 🛥️🌴
