Στην αυλή υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης και ένας κήπος με δέντρα και φυτά. Ακόμη οι επισκέπτες έχουν σταθερά πρόσβαση σε γρήγορο ίντερνετ ( πανω απο 100Mbps) σε ολόκληρο το κατάλυμα.

The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.
