Surrounded by our sheep and lambs in the fields yet within walking distance of the village, pub or circuit. No dogs. No Children.

The Boathouse Stone Cottage

A delightful two-bedroom detached cottage with free parking for up to two cars. Located next to our working boathouse in the middle of Stratford-upon-Avon, with a charming outlook over the lawn to the river. A five minute walk over the footbridge to the theatre and the centre of town. Secluded private sunny patio with outdoor table and chairs, plus the riverbank to yourself in the evening. Free boat hire or river cruise for guests (April to October). Newly refurbished by professional host.

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

The stylishly furnished interiors boast stunning views over the gardens and private lake and a number of country walks are accessible from the doorstep. The Annexe combines peaceful country living with easy access to major roads, making it a perfect base for exploring Worcestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Our newly refurbished Tramway House is located in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. With a riverside location, the views from our cottage are really unbeatable! With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. The Pig Hut Escape to the privacy and tranquillity of The Pig Hut, our sole self contained Shepherd’s Hut in over an acre of its own land. The Pig Hut offers accommodation for two, on the banks of our picturesquely lit pond and overlooking our paddock to the rear. The Hut is on mains electricity, heated and is fully equipped with a kitchen oven/hob and en-suite bathroom. Fast WiFi. Guests also have the sole use of an outside electric hot tub with canopy.
