Our two-story home with a private pool, outdoor seating, and BBQ is perfect for up to 4 guests. The gated yard and trees offer complete privacy. Inside, there’s a living area, kitchen with dining room, and half-bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with a terrace) and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washing machine. Less than 10 min drive from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, 20 min from Fažana beach, and 25 min from Pula, you'll enjoy both seclusion and easy access to nearby attractions.
