Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It’s a modern studio in a country setting but only minutes away from downtown Lodi. The space has a private entrance with an exclusive deck. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Allow the photos to speak to you. Welcome to our home, our Desiderata! My husband and I are busy empty nesters. I am a retired RN and a constant gardener. My husband works from home. We are easy going and are available when needed via text or in person.

Access to waterfront restaurant at the Marina by boat and 5 minute drive to shopping plaza with Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, etc.
