Koppla av i ett fullt utrustat attefallshus med 24 m2 boarea och 11 m2 sovloft. Om du gillar att vara ute i naturen, åka längdskidor, plocka bär/svamp, hänga på stranden, eller bara komma bort från stadspulsen så är detta boende vid Brännäset något för dig! Sörmjöle ligger vid kusten ca 2 mil söder om Umeå. Det går bussar till Umeå flera gånger dagligen. I byn finns en närlivs-butik, och Hörnefors ligger ca. åtta kilometer bort – där finns bl.a. mataffärer, apotek, badhus, gym och tågstation.

Central hel lägenhet - Nära till allt

Nära till allt i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna boende. Trevligt litet boende med det mesta som behövs för en trivsam vistelse. Lägenheten har en hall med garderober, vardagsrum och sovalkov. Kokvrå med spis ugn och kyl/frys. Eget badrum med dusch toalett och badkar. Bara ett stenkast från stadskärnan, endast några minuters promenadväg till Centralstationen och stadens nöjen och shopping. Perfekt om man värdesätter närheten till centrum men samtidigt vill ha ett tyst och lugnt boende.

Iso terassi, kesäkeittiö, ulkosauna, palju (sop mukaan), useita nuotiopaikkoja, kaasuliesi, kaasugrilli, jääkaappi sekä jenkkikaappi pienellä pakastinlokerolla. Tilaa 6 hengen porukalle. Käytössä soutuvene sähkömoottorilla. Juokseva vesi järvestä. (Mökiltä löytyy juomavettä kanisterissa.) Saunalla sähkökäyttöiset matkasuihkut. Kalainen järvi ja pienriistan metsästys (sop mukaan) mahdollista. Pitkäaikaisille vieraille vaatehuolto järjestyy.

Privat och fin svensk stuga – modern och naturnära

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Som ligger nära naturen men även centralt i Söråker. Det är en helt nybyggd stuga med hög standard. Ett sovrum med 180cm skön dubbelsäng och ett rum med en 120cm skön enkelsäng. Vi har en fin bäddsoffa som blir 140cm bred där man kan sova två också. Wifi finns och ett fint badrum med dusch och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en mysig tomt som ni har helt för er själva. Med en eldstad, utemöbler, gunga och en kolgrill.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The cabin is just a couple of minute drive from Seydisfyordur. You might even spot some whales while having a bbq. Don’t miss to hike and visit Vestdalur waterfalls that is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is provided with dvds, books and vintage video games.
