One-of-a-kind, handcrafted 1br/1ba tiny home on six serene country acres abutting Chamberlain Lake Nature Preserve, just 10 miles Southwest of Notre Dame and 7 miles from downtown South Bend, IN. The front deck of this tiny, elegant, getaway home overlooks a meadow, pond and forest area where native ducks, song birds and wildlife are common. This newly built, efficient, all-season cabin has modern amenities, upscale furniture, WIFI? and rustic ambiance in a private, tranquil setting. Sleeps 3.

South Bend, 1 Bedroom Cottage Built in 1912

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

A patio door with a deck and a great sunset! A clean little place to kick back and relax.

Cabin by the Creek

This little cabin sits on the creek side with a deck overlooking the creek. You will have a woods on one side, and farm animals on the other. It is as peaceful as it gets. Enjoy the feeling and atmosphere of camping with a crackling fire in the fire pit, enjoy a s'more or 2, & a cozy queen bed to sleep in at night. It has a loft that can fit an older child or preteen to sleep. If you love camping and farm animals this is the place for you. It’s the peace you have been looking for!
