Cerca de las playas más bonitas de la zona y a pocos minutos de la plaza donde se puede coger el servicio de ferry a la isla de Tavolara. Cala Suaraccia (sandy beach) is only 300m away and many other stunning beaches can be reached by foot. The semi-detached villa (renovated in 2019/2020) is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden with typical mediterranean vegetation offering various areas for relaxing in the open. It lies 23km south of the Olbia Airport.

Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
