No stairs to climb, level walkway, and a fully fenced yard are ideal for children, pets (fee applies), and older guests. Fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs are provided.

Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.
